I think he agreed to enter for free without any payment. That's the only reason I can think of why the kanjoos BB would agree for him. Is there anything he will add to the show now except to flirt with Tanna?

Upen's entry would not effect or harm anyone except for Tanna. She is playing her game so well and trying to balance her relation between everyone. Now, the sourpuss u-pain will come and demand her to avoid some ppl and only talk to him. She spent most of her time trying to convince the sour puss to be nice with her.
