Well it was cleared by gautam himself in the last episode that he isn't isolated. The akela thing is for the point that everyone in the house is akela, they are all playing their individual game and an individual is going to win not the group. Secondly, he himself admitted that he's trying to avoid any fights since he is a peaceful person and so he is trying to stay away from ali and pritam who are not talking to him seedhay mu and so in order to avoid any fights to take place he's not spending time with them. it's as clear as that.
