its because when lavanya's affair with prem was revealed in front of whole family
even kabir started a bit taunting her once when he came for investigation n said sonething like "aapke prem" something like that after he found his body
even though kabir is acp still he didn't have to meddle with her personal matters which he did
so then the person in front is lavanya who leaves no one so i guess she waited for the right moment and thus said like that to answer back the taunt!
