Depends on the way she spins the story...if she claims she was abandoned by the child's father while pregnant and didn't have any means to take care of her son so she put him in orphanage and then when she married the Navab she brought him back, but didn't want to shame the great family izzat of the Navab family... then she would come off as more of a saint...how awful would Ahil feel that she had been unable to acknowledge her own biological son because of him...

I have a feeling this is pretty much how this would be played out...she might even say she was raped...what with being blind and everything...that would actually gain her even more brownie points me thinks...
