KK thanks the court and Judge for giving her the time to present her side of the case.. KK calls on Neeti as the first witness.. KK tells Neeti that she had asked for 2 days to present Katara in court and those 2 days are over. Neeti says she got in touch with Katara and he is coming to court. Nivi gets up and says that Katara cannot come to court as he is dead. The Judge asks Nivi to speak only when asked to.. KK asks Neeti to leave and calls on Tiple as her next witness. KK asks Tiple where he was between 5pm-6pm.. Tiple says he was in the police station.. KK says he is lieing and she has the police register that clearly states Tiple had left the police station a little before 5pm. KK tells Tiple she has information that Tiple went to meet someone at the Pune express highway and asks Tiple whom did he meet. Tiple says he went to meet a friend for some personal work.. KK asks him what work could be so personal that compelled him to leave the police station while on duty.. Tiple again says he went to meet a friend.. KK says she knows he went to meet a friend but who is the friend? KK keeps asking Tiple over & over again..and Tiple blurts out that he went to meet Nivi. Nivi is shocked..
Next KK calls Nivi in the witness box.. KK asks Nivi why she met Tiple at Pune express highway. Nivi says that Tiple is lieing..she didn't meet him. Tiple is shocked.. KK asks Nivi if she didn't meet Tiple, where was she between 5-6pm. Nivi says she was at home.. Just then Neeti gets a call on her mobile.. Neeti says its Katara on the phone..KK tells Neeti to go ahead and talk to him. Neeti asks Katara when he will come to court..tells him that everyone is waiting for him. Nivi rubbishes the call and says Katara is dead.. KK says its not rubbish and asks the Judge for permission to call back on the same number that Katara called from and keep the phone on loudspeaker for everyone to listen to. Neeti calls Katara and asks him why he cut the phone and when is he coming to court. Katara says he is on his way, but also fears Nivi might kill him. Neeti assures Katara that nothing will happen..its the court and there is security all around. Katara agrees. Nivi says the voice could be anyone's..its not Katara's voice. KK says it is Katara's voice.. Nivi says it cannot be Katara's voice as he is dead.. KK says Katara is alive.. Both KK & Nivi, back & forth..dead or alive..until Nivi herself says Katara cannot be alive as she killed him! Nivi then realises what she just said.. All happy..Sharman Dhruv Dada Dadi Kul Veena Neeti Siya all smiling.. Su feels vindicated..
BREAK..
Nivi screams (shrieks rather!) that yes she killed Katara.. KK says its all clear now, shows the Judge pics of Nivi killing Katara.. KK says all was Nivi's saazish.. KK herself was accused of Katara's murder..but a murder she never committed coz Nivi just admitted that she killed Katara. Nivi says she killed Katara coz he was blackmailing her. Just then Katara enters (style mein!)..gets onto the witness box and tells the Judge that everything was Nivi's saazish..and her main aim was to seperate SuKK. Katara goes on to say (flashback shots) how Nivi got Katara to be her husband.. how they planned his murder and accused KK of the crime.. Katara says, when all that didn't work to seperate SuKK, Nivi used her last option..ie, blackmailing Su into an affair with her. And when that too fell apart, she used her ultimate weapon..that of being a woman and accusing Su of molestation charges! Katara says he too would have been a victim of Nivi's wrath had it not been for devta like KK and her sons, Sharman & Dhruv who saved him.. Katara says how they played against Nivi.. (flashback shots) when Nivi came to kill Katara, he had a bullet proof jacket on and Sharman clicked pics of Nivi killing Katara.. And later, when Tiple called the ambulance to take Katara's body, Tiple didn't realise that Sharman was the driver of the ambulance. Katara says the truth is that Nivi planned everything to seperate SuKK.. Su tried saving KK and even got proof of Katara alive which was in the chip which Su tried getting off Nivi's hand. Katara gives the Judge the real CD & chip, with sound, that will prove everything. KK gives the CD & laptop to the Judge and asks her to see the proof herself.. The CD clearly shows Su was trying his best to get the chip off Nivi's hand for him to prove KK innocent.
KK requests the judge to announce her verdict..and punish people like Nivi who want to break the unbreakable bond between a husband & wife..and invariably use their ultimate weapon..that of being a woman, to accuse an innocent man like Su of a henious crime like molestation/rape. KK says she has complaints of the society they live in, where people usually find the men at offense, which is natural, as in most cases its the women who are victims.. But there are women like Nivi who are the culprits and victimise innocent men like Su..
BREAK..
The Judge announces her verdict.. taking all witnesses and evidence into consideration, its proved that Nivi is the culprit and Su is innocent. Nivi is shocked..everyone are happy. Judge orders for the police to arrest Nivi, Tiple, Surekha and Katara..and start investigations on their case. Judge congratulates KK on winning the case and being the voice for all womankind and those oppressed.. Just then an old woman sitting at the back of the court stands up and starts clapping for KK..slowly, one by one all get up and give KK a standing ovation 👏👏 All are happy for KK.. Su is bursting with pride.. All come forward to congratulate KK.. SuKK slowly inch towards each other.. Su thanks KK for always standing by his side..holding his hand. KK in turn thanks Su for holding her hand and never letting go.. KK tells Su she knows what all he went through for her.. Su says now its all over..and hugs KK. Everyone yet clapping for SuKK.
PRECAP: Su in the kitchen, struggling with aata (wheat) Kul comes there and asks Su why is he fighting with the aata.. Su says he's not fighting, but its love.. Su is frustrated and leaves.. Kul looks at the aata and wonders 'aate se pyar?' 😆😆
