on Arzoo's face seeing Sahir coughing, but she acted that she did not care when Sahir looked at her and said hurtful things to cover her look incase Sahir thinks she cares.
As for asking Zaki TIME' to think things through, was not in good taste but I will put it down to her confused state of mind and feeling sorry for herself.
Arzoo is young and new to the pain of love, to reach the maturity and understanding level of Sahir will take time, also to nurse her pain will also take time. Until then we will have to endure Zaki's wooing her but hoping in the thinking time phrase she will see that her Sahir sir needs her support and she will give it to him.
Once they are bonded in marriage then both will see each others pain, especially Arzoo and will support Sahir when he will need the support the most, and that is when Zeenat comes back.
