" Main maafi nahi mangunga, kyuki meri galati ki koi maafi nahi hain .. lekin ye dua karta hoo ke Allah jab bhi mujhe meri galati ki saaza de, woh tumhari haato se ho "...'
" I will not ask for an apology because there is no justification of my mistakes, but yeah i will always pray that whenever Allah punishes me, the punishment is from your hand " ...
From Sahir to His Arzoo...
As simple as those lines, were they left a shattered feeling all over again... these words were not an apology, a prayer which he asked for.. Sahir never prays, we never saw him asking anything from the Almighty, may be the 10 years fiasco has made him like this, and then when he asked for a wish to be granted then it was this .. Only the day, when this wish gets granted, the love story will come to a full circle.. CVs, i want this to happen, i want to see a smiling Sahir when Arzoo punishes him, if that can make his pain lesser and make him feel worthy of her, the very fact that he considers himself unworthy of arzoo and even any kind of love has to be justified, and why does he think like that ?
PS:- Yesterday Sahir's monologues and then his apology to a sleepy arzoo, all these gave me a feeling that i was reading a novel, there has been great novels like othello and macbeth where the writer has justified the brutality and yet the self destruction of his male protagonists... I could sense a connection, obviously Sahir is not an othello, not even an odepus or Macbeth, but he still has the shades and traits of such a ruling character that darkens the impact of every other character.. Kudos to the writers for writing Sahir , usually hindi shows male leads are always like a 90s hero from a bollywood film, but this time Sahir is more like a revolution, and huh i cannot even describe the beauty and excellence of Harshad's performance ... You definitely got to give it to this man..
Harshad Chopda.. this is for you...👏👏👏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
