Why Sahir?

I am a silent reader of this forum, my family and I also love Humsafars, without watching it, our day is incomplete ! My character of concern is, Sahir! I loved how his character had many depths, but I feel that what we did to Arzoo was wrong! He also received support from his mother! How can a mother do that, more importantly how can a woman do that, knowing that her son is planning a conspiracy against an innocent girl?! What even?! Then she tells Zaki, the noble one, to hide the truth from Arzoo! 😭 OK, but Sahir is a man enough to cry in front of his mother, but not man enough to apologize to Arzoo?

Enough of my rant!

Am I wrong to think this woman has been unjusted?
