Right now I wish Aahil had a twin (a female twin) just like Aasma who can knock some sense into Aahil's head and make him realize that everything is not what it seems.
Perhaps they can make Aasma the doctor (Azhar's fiancee in qubool Hai) turn out as Aahil's long-lost twin from the hospital. Waise bhi Aasma and Aahil shared a sibling-like bond. She can walk into the house giving takkar to Seher, Nazia, Shazia and offer free medical service to Aahil's badi ammi i.e. her own daadi. She can also team up with Sanam Seher and Rehan to bring Tanveer down.
She can also become an equal hissedaar of the nawab's property since she is going to be his daughter. They can show that the nawab apart from being an abusive father was also a chauvinist who gave away his daughter (as he only wanted a son) to an orphanage from where she was adopted.
Then in future we can maybe witness that Rehan and Aasma were in the same orphanage during their childhood and shared a sibling-like bond, but then Rehan was taken away by Billi after which she became depressed. Later on, this barren couple adopted her and cared for her. However, soon when they were able to conceive, their affection towards Aasma started to lessen day by day. They can show how Aasma had to struggle to work as a part-time student to save up money for her education including her medical college and then her adoptive parents chose to get rid of her once and for all which is why they chose a useless guy like Azhar for marriage.
Aasma although felt prejudiced, at the same time she also felt indebted to her adoptive parents, so she agreed to get married without any tantrums. This can be a point of similarity between Aahil and Aasma that BOTH were indebted to their devil parents who were disguised as angels. Unlike Aahil, Aasma can be shown to be a self-made woman who fights her own battles and knows how to move on while learning from the past mistakes. This can be shown as a point of contrast between Aasma and Aahil and this is how she will understand Aahil's state of mind in order to bring him out of the darkness.
This way we can also have glimpses of Rehan-Aasma bonding when they re-discover each other's identities. They can show Aasma playing a tune with a harmonica whenever she is upset and that would ring the bells in Rehan's mind and take him back to his good old days at the orphanage when he used to pacify his little sister Aasma by playing the same tune on a harmonica.😛
When they come to know of each other's identities, Rehan and Aahil both can help her get rid of Azhar by exposing his true nature and khala-khalu's schemes?
