Lots of people are upset about this. He is one of my fav. actors. But quit bashing the person who thinks otherwise. It is fair in everywhere. It's not about how would we feel if we were jailed? It's about the fact that b/c of him so many people died. Yes, I am upset that he is being jailed now, when he has reformed. He has become a better person now and learned from his mistake. He should have been put in jail 10 years ago when he actually comitted the crime. Stupid Indian govt. As for people upset about him serving 10 years, think about families who lost someone forever. 6 years can never add up to a lost family member. I am sad for Sanjay as the industry would miss out on a great actor but if he didn't get punished it would be unfair to so many people.

i agree whoever you are, you should now that he is a good actor, and a better person, agreed he had possession of illegal weapons, but come on now that was 13 years ago, he paid the price, his life was crap all those years, going back to jail or court when he was forced to go, he did his job as a citizen afterwards, why should he be punished for something he did more then a decade ago, life has changed, move on with it, he has been punished before and shouldnt have been punished again, that judge punished him for something that happened a long time ago, and plus im not sure if ur religious or not but in the bible, the qur'an, and many religious books it says everyone deserves a second chance, and should be forgiven...so why not him...and he didnt get away because of his fame...hun....thats all i wanted to say
