you can't upload a URL for tinypic... you need to save the picture onto your computer (Desktop or whatever) and then, when you go to tinypic, click "Browse" when it asks for the file... then click on the picture wherever you saved it on your computer, and then put a random tag on it, click on whether it's a video or not, and then click upload!!
