I read many comments like why suhani didnt thought about her relationship with yuvaraj???.
I think i have an answer for that. In yesterday's episode before that dream sequence, she thought "Has yuvaraj also fallen in love for real?". It shows that she know yuvaraj didnt love her.
As per my understanding " she thinks that yuvaraj liked her n wanted to marriage her. so he married her. But he didnt love her like she loves him, thatswhy he didnt get intimate with her till now. But surely their relationship is getting there. So whenever he do something for her or show some PDA, she gets surprised n thinks that as a progress in their relation"
It may be wrong, but i can only think of this reason for that dialogue...
