Yash Tonk Proved That He Loves His Wife!!

Yash Tonk wanted to prove a point — that he loves his wife Gauri immensely. And what better way to express his pyaar than by throwing a surprise bash for her on her birthday, so that she can spend her special day with friends and well-wishers. And as if that wasn't enough, Yash also presented Gauri with a huge opal ring studded with diamonds!
Gaurav Chopraa and Narayani Shastri came together but mingled separately. Shakti Anand was relatively reticent, while the spirited Sai Deodhar looked rather sexy in a low-cut top. Varun Badola and Rajeshwari Sachdev strolled in much later. Varun was visibly upset about his team being voted out from a comedy show. He was heard voicing his worries to Tanaaz Lall, who lent a patient ear.
It was after a long time that we spotted Hiten Tejwani, currently neck-deep in work with three daily soaps, partying and chilling out. Anupam Bhattacharya and his wife left soon after the cake-cutting. Ken Ghosh, however, stayed on, enjoying the spread of Thai and Indian cuisine.

• GAL PALS: Gauri Pradhan, Riva Bubber and Rakshanda Khan bonded like school girls, and shared many a laugh. Girls do just wanna have fun!

• GYM N TRIM! Kirti and Sharad Kelkar trooped in with a quaint anthurium bouquet for the birthday girl. When someone asked Sharad how he has managed to shed so much weight and sport a glowing complexion too, he just smiled and said, "It's all thanks to my gymming and health routine."

AGE NO BAR!

Never ask a man his wage and a woman her age, is the old maxim. But Bakhtyaar Irani transgressed the rule and asked Gauri, "Aapki umar kya hai?" To which loving hubby Yash came to the rescue, "I was 32 last year. Gauri has never aged beyond 21!" Smart repartee that!
