Raja again Khailash Kher!

Raja you sing well....but leave this KKher type of songs. When will you sing a Sonu Nigam or Udit or Shaan or Kunal type of songs...

(I dont bother about other singers. I want you to go to the top and WIN! But show variety! I dont want you to be like Debojit without any Playback songs! )

coming from a fan surely adds weight to what the rest of us have been asking for 😳 thnx.. i am not so un-impressed by the list that will soon be posted in defense 😆..
it is something about the delivery that is monotonous. raja is talented, consistent and can do better i think!

i've noticed that too. 🤢 he's a great singer and whatnot but he should seriously add some variety.

nevertheless some of his other songs were quite amazing like Tu Hi Re and Ghanan Ghanan Ghir Ghir Aaye Badhra which weren't sung by Kailash K.

I don't think Sonu Nigam clones have any chance of playback singing either...industry is full of similar voices....unique voices like that of Sukhvinder have been utilized most by none other than AR Rehman....n Yeah he has a voice differnet from everyone else n better chance of becoming a playback singer....also he sang KKs Awaarapan so well👏 👏

One doubt.. what will achieved by showing that you can excel in singing the songs of these current marketable singers? It will not be strategically good. Sonu will be always first choice of the composers for sonu type songs similarly Udit and others. They are not retiring any time soon.

Raja has an unique and inherent style which has started to unfold. Where many singers are sill not getting their own voice he has it already. Kailash Kher is more soulfull singer any of the singers you have mentioned. Even Raja honestly speaking , could not handle yesterday's Kailash Kher song without being pointed out where he went wrong though he got a perfect 10.

raja was the spark of the show - he rocks.

He is playing safe and that's what i am not liking about him, this week i actually felt the strain in his voice caz he is singing those Sufi songs too much...
He knows he is not good in low notes, that' why he is not singing Udit or sonu's songs He ought to take more chances 😕

well guys ..he has sung various songs of different genre.. but his tonal quality make them all sound similiar..
the songs of sukhwinder .. kailash kher..nusrat fateh ali khan ..all have those high notes ..and also that semiclassical feel which raja capitalized on .. apart from these singers .. there is hardly any singer who really adds classical notes to his songs ..keeping apart sonu nigam...
and sonu nigam has a soft voice....which suits ppl like vinit..debojeet..anik dhar..junaid .. and to some extent even amanat..
i feel raja has that 'harsh' tonal quality which makes it so different...
well he can very well sing other songs i feel ...but he is waiting for the right time.. i mean when he is safely through to the top 3...may be.

Raja, Mussarat and Mauli are playing it very safe these days .... singing to their genres and strengths ... and it's no surprise that they are doing very well ...

It brings back the debate whether one should be versatile or one should experiment with all kinds of songs .....

But if a complete package is to be desired as the winner, it would be ideal to choose either between Aneek or Amanat or Poonam .... and Sumedha running them close ....

Raja has sung songs from AR Rehman, Hariharan, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Sukhwinder - all different genres. Now, if you want to tell a singer not to sound like himself, then you are asking for a mimic.

He is singing songs from al different genres and singing them his way - touching our hearts everytime he sings...
