Exactly. Dimpy even said, by giving gaali to each other, they didn't become what was said about themselves. They each know what they are. That's called intelligence and maturity.
Karishma was pissed at being called a bitch and brought the house down for weeks with the same katha over and over again and ended up behaving like a bitch so I guess G hit a nerve there.
