What 'Ishaturu ' means???

Guys help me out and cud anyone tell me the meaning of Ishaturu or its
itasuru i guess its south indian language am not sure!!!
Coz last time a guy mailed me sayin sumthing like that and told that its my
homework to find it out!!
sounds funny but true so just wondering???
