It was a lighthearted episode of Ishra moments where RKB is finally taking the step to romance his wife in style and the wife is ready to be wooed by her husbands. Though they know each others feelings they want the other to confess first. So the episode was full of those moments...where their old routine of nok jhok is now laced with flirtatious banter...and the 'sadoo' hubby is all gearing up with all the finer sides of making an impression:
- Honeymoon Suite
- Jasmine flowers
- Chocolates
- Champagne
- A Saree
- Handwritten note with not so khadoos "Mere dil ki heartbeat ko thoda aur theez kar do Dr.Ishita"
and wife who put her usual self-sacrificing mode aside and made no qualms about declaring her intentions of going out with her hubby.
I loved the honesty in the little moments...the teasing, the bantering, the anxiousness to start that phase in their lives where they steal a few moments of being a couple in love. Loved the little leg pulling from the family...A family that has seen their journey from hatred to head-over heels state. Loved a sister-in-law going out of her way to give her Bhai and Bhabi some alone time in their bedroom by asking Ruhi to sleep with her. A parent-in-laws planning to send their son and bahu for honeymoon...A family who knows how much these two deserve their moment of triumph in love..than anyone else.
Rest of the episode... I had my blinders on😈...I have tunnel vision of naivety ...I want to enjoy the ishra moments till the next round of turbulence rocks their flight of happiness.
Note:
- Wish the CVs let us enjoy the flirtations a bit more...wish the scene in the bedroom was a bit longer...Drama sells we know that...but after months and months of waiting ...please give us one full episode of Ishra romance and then bring on the TRP drama of Shagun-Ashok-Mihika.
P.S. I would like to apologize to everyone for not updating or responding yesterday..I was totally zonked out because of the work related extra-hours and literally crashed after my head hit the pillow. I'll try to read and respond on Sunday.
