I definitely have issues with the polygamous angle... or rather bigamous...🤢
The creatives have developed a taste for macabre storylines. The recent song sequence accompanying Haya's assault and kidnapping is an excellent example. It may be lauded as creative depiction of a disturbing scene, but it was overdone. It was as though Haya was going to permanently go away from him, in death or God Knows what. Ugh.🤢
That way AsYa will always remembered for its lovely unsullied nature, that innocence of love wasn't spoiled. In AsYa's story, their love is pure and innocent , although thoroughly tested their bond was confidently strong. The burning intensity of their feelings for each other was fabulously portrayed by the actors. Even though separated by Tanveer, their eyes spoke volumes to each other, of unfair circumstance.
In SaHil's case, the fans have been left with the briefest moments of happiness to hang on to as they throw everything including the kitchen sink at them. Kidnapping, pseudo-estrangement, abandonement, now bigamy. Even a big fan like me starts to wonder if they were ever a couple at all. They are delaying the face to face too long. Some don't even care anymore.
That nervous tension in me wanting to see them together in one frame is dissipating fast. These annoying promos are not helping. Too much has happened.
The hope in SaHil's relationship, (that was omnipresent in AsYa) is faded and worn out.
It may sound pessimistic Mandy. But SaHil did spend more time fighting than in love (even so is overwhelmingly one sided on Sanam's). It's tiring.
