Is it true. this emraan hashmi is pakistan born actor. why is mahesh bhatt hell bent on inviting pakistani actor and artist to work and settle in india. I mean they may be good in their field but it is a very strange thing to do mahesh bhatt. promote some indian talent from the country which has given you so much name and money.

Mahesh Bhatt has everything from Tamil Brahmin to Gujrati to Muslim ancestry. Emraan is his nephew. Tomorrow don't be shocked if he decides to debut a person who looks like Vidya Balan. She could be his niece.

Hashmi studied at Sydenham College, Mumbai and University of Mumbai.

What's the big deal? When we can have British, Srilanken, American people joining and making (some) it big in bollywood, I don't see the problem if its someone from Pakistan.
