Popular youth show Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan had a scene to scene remake totally inspired by Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. In the film Rahul (Shah Rukh Khan) comforts his best friend Anjali (Kajol) but holds on to his newfound love Tina (Rani Mukherjee). The scene in KY2, too had Dhruv (Utkarsh Gupta) comfort friend Nandini (Niti Taylor) while holding onto Aaliya's hand (Krissann Barretto).

The media noticed that now?? 😆 ... Anyways a slight difference is that Nandini is not Dhruv's Anjali. She might be Tina? In the end, he'll fall for Alya his Anjali.

haa actually the scene shud b in reverse direction...it shud have at the time vn Manik left Alya...😆
