No pooches, Darling!

Esha Deol had to leave her pet in her vanity van as the hotel management barred it's entry at a recent photo shoot

Esha Deol's favourite companion is her doggie, Picollo, and the actress often carts her pooch along for shoots.

Recently, however, she had to leave her pet pooch behind when a hotel in which she was scheduled for a photo shoot refused to let the dog enter.

The incident happened at Hotel Renaissance in Powai, where Esha had gone to shoot publicity stills for Ram Gopal Varma's film Darling.

As usual, Esha brought Picollo along, but was told that hotel rules forbid pets on the premises.

Pet ka sawaal hai

We're told that the quick-witted Esha immediately claimed that her pet was part of the photo shoot, nut the hotel management put their foot down and Esha had to be content with keeping the dog in her vanity van outside.

Says Esha, "Poor Picollo wasn't allowed entry in the hotel. It is so sad and unfair. It is only here in India that hotels don't allow people to bring their pets. I hope the rules are relaxed here soon."

Picollo has been with Esha for over two and a half years. "I bought her from Italy and she travels with me everywhere," says Esha.

Post Anubhav Sinha's Cash, which hits the marquee this week, Esha will be seen in Darling (an extra-marital saga produced by Bhushan Kumar's T-Series) that releases in September.

"Darling will be my next release," says Esha, who is currently in Pondicherry shooting for Ashwini Dheer's One Two Three.

carries a pet...weirdo...shez widout any doubt a very unprofessional actress...except for acting she'll do every possible thing she can 2 come in news..lamer.. 🤢
