I completely disagree. Toshi did a SUPERB rendition of Kaho na Kaho (Anu Malik's pathetic rip-off from Amr Diab's Tamali Maak). He wasn't just singing the Arabic lyrics, but also expressing them.

Ramta Jogi on the other hand was a complete disaster.

Actually 3 singers have sung this song in recent week (Prashant of II, Toshi of SVOI and Joy of SRGM). My personal rating is:

1. Prashant

2. Toshi

3. Joy

Toshi didnt do a bad job but his sur got lost a bit in the antara. Also his voice didnt really suit this song well. Listen to Prashants version. Its really good.
