Cyrus Sahukar defends himself against Farah Khan's wrath

The talented actor-anchor Cyrus Sahukar has been up some criticism for the past few days. Apparently, a clipping showing Farah Khan throwing a tantrum and abusing on her set went into an interview with her that Sahukar conducted for his online chat show On The Bench.

But Cyrus begs innocence.

Speaking on the matter Cyrus claims the interview has been vandalized. "Someone has edited our video and made another clip, totally out of context.Farah has been really sweet about it."

For the record she has fumed and ranted wondering how a show produced by her friends Anil Kapoor and his daughter Rhea could do this to her.

Cyrus blames the fiasco on cyber poaching. "As often happens on the internet this is the dirty doing of a few very daft and insensitive people."

What surprises Cyrus the most is that people don't get. "On The Bench is a spoof, a fake comedy. It is a fictitious show about a chat show with celebrities with supposedly unused material. The show is done in mock-documentary style on the lines of The Office and Between Two Friends. The stars and I are acting and playing crazy versions of ourselves. Don't people get it?"

Regarding Farah's ire, one of her actors wonders what she's so pissed off about. "Everyone knows she gets very abusive on the sets letting out a volley of maabaahengaalis. Why is she acting so coy about it now?"
