Sanjay Kapoor has said the audience will love his character in Vikas Bahl's Shaandaar.

The actor stars in the film with Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor.


Talking about his role in the film to IBN Live, he said: "It's about a destination wedding, it's a fun film. And you will love my character.

"My character is too funny. You will only be looking at me. You will either like or hate me."

He also revealed that he has grown increasingly selective about the films he signs up for.

"I kept on doing films, but I didn't want to do a film where I am part of the furniture," he explained. "I don't mean that I should only be the main guy. It could be a film like Luck By Chance, which had a nice ensemble cast."

Kapoor has also produced Tevar which stars his nephew Arjun Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha.
