I don't think Baby is much of a threat... IMO, it won't be another Holiday for Akshay.And both movies(Baby & DKD) are way different. Maybe DKD will do ok business too.

Why doesn't he understand low budget for his risky projects is a better option for him? Look at Holiday... it was, IMO, this year's best commercial movie, but just because it didn't get hit/superhit tag critics are ignoring the movie. How many nominations have Holiday got?

Stupid decision of Arbaaz. The Akshay + Neeraj combo is a guaranteed hit.. especially after the trailer of Baby people all over are very excited and anticipating its release.
