I doubt that this footage artist can even pronounce Yuyutsu...let alone being aware of his existence. 😆 It was a clear blooper on his part.

A guy who did not know who killed Shakuni, despite being a part of the show...will know Yuyutsu? Are you kidding me? Kuchch Bhi?

Technically right? 😆 😆 😆 Waah re Hero!!

@bold: Main topic aside, was Gautam part of Mahabharat show? Am curious, because I think only Praneet from the BB house was part of that show on Star Plus, isnt it?

Because Yuyutsu is never considered as a traditional Kaurav. Despite being with the evil Kauravas, he was morally upright and was on the Pandava side.

So even though he is a progeny of Dhritarashtra...he is not counted as Kaurav.

There is a difference between the sons of D-man and the brothers...Duryodhan and party never considered him his brother. They were always refered to as 100 Kauravas...and even Duryodhana always said - hum SAU bhai...etc.

Though I appreciate your attempt to bring this GK here...if only to prove Gulati right in some way possible. 😃 But sadly, he did make a mistake.

By that logic even Vibhishana will also not be Ravana's brother for supporting Rama.

Gautam could have said it as a fluke and he might most likely not even know who Yuyutsu is, but FWIW 100 is the right answer. Kaurav can consider Yuyutsu as their brother or not is a different story. But truth is Duri had 100 brothers and 1 sister. And yes the half-brother counts just as much as Madri sons Nakul-Sahdev being half-brothers of Kunti sons Yudhisthir, Bhim & Arjun count as 5 Pandav brothers.

Yes he played the younger Duryodhan on Ekta Kapoor's "Kahani Hamare Mahabharat ki " but Praneet was on Star Plus Mahabharat and Puneet was on Doordarshan yesteryear's BR Chopra Mahabharat.

🤣 Equating KBC And BB? 🤣 Sure...KBC also has banal questions like who is the President of India, eh? Gosh!

And you are very much aware of what I was trying to say...but of course...technically and all...😆 😆 Anything to prop up the 'HERO'. Even the BB question setters would have no clue of this Yuyutsu chap...😆

It wasn't a knowledge question but more of a presence of mind question where he had to answer 100-1= 99...but he said 100.

KBC?

why fight on 99 and 100, he was close, others didn even know how many brothers Duryodhan had. Yuyutsu is not something common, i doubt many know about him,
He mved to pandavas side in the beginning of the war,
Vikarna was another blood brother of Duryodhan who was symphatic to Pandavas but he chose to remain with kauravas and was killed by Bhima in the end.
Yuyutsu's character is close to what Bibhishan did in Ramayana, he was made king of Indraprasta post the war as he was technically a brother to pandavas. even the son of Karna was made a king of a smaller state as technically he was the son of eldest pandava.
most of these are not shown in the tv series Mahabharat, including the story of Barbarik who is the grandson of Bhima who was not allowed to take part in the war by Krishna as he was considered most powerful of all.
