Abhay asks Kabir to relax as Trisha has been found. Kabir replies that his work isn't over yet as the kidnapper is still on the loose. He orders Abhay to find out who all possess guns in the Swaika household.
Trisha is discharged from the hospital. Kabir comes to meet her. She doesn't recognize him. Amrita introduces him as the cop who's investigating her accident case & also as a good family friend. Kabir remembers his dead daughter as he sees Trisha happily going home with Prateek & Amrita.
Amrita & Prateek bring Trisha to the Swaika house. The cousins have decorated the place to welcome her back. Prateek keeps getting phone calls from Neha but he keeps ending her calls as he wants to spend all his time with Trisha now. Trisha goes to rest in her bedroom. The cousins accompany her upstairs. She asks about Saniya. Amrita replies that she's at boarding school since she was distressed to see her at the hospital. But she reassures her that Saniya will be brought back soon. Next, Trisha asks her why her hair had to be cut that short as it doesn't suit her. Meghan replies that she can put hair extensions in till her natural hair grows long. Vivaan & Bobby make fun of them for putting in fake hair.
At the police station, Kabir asks Dr Varsha about Trisha's amnesia & how he can help her recall. Dr Varsha replies that Trisha's memory may not come back at all,but it's also possible to help her recall by presenting photos & certain scenarios which can trigger her to regain her lost memory. Abhay reports to Kabir that Prateek, Gaurav & Kushan have guns registered under their names. Kabir replies that it's common for rich people to own guns. So, they'll have to go & check them out & find the gun with which Trisha was shot.
Back at the Swaika house, the 3 cousins give company to Trisha & make her laugh telling her stories about Bobby's blind date. Trisha asks Meghan about how she's transformed from hating her to caring her this much. Meghan replies that ever since she's been missing, she's realized her importance. Trisha is confused as to where she was missing. The cousins try to cover up by saying that's since she was at the hospital so, she was missing from their lives & that's what Meghan meant to say.
Meanwhile, Kabir arrives at the Swaika house & asks Prateek & Guarav to show their weapons for investigation. They agree after some hesitation.
Dr Abhinav comes to visit Trisha & performs a quick check up on her. Trisha tells him that she's feeling as if her family is trying to hide something from her. She says that she's also suspicious of the stitched up wound on her stomach as a car-accident won't result in such an injury. Sonali overhears their conversation. The doctor replies that he's not the surgeon so he's got no idea about the wound on her abdomen or how she got it. He advises her to rest and not stress about her amnesia.
Meghan & Bobby ask Kushan about the gun they found in the backyard. Kushan lies to them & says he forgot to get it back from the lawn after keeping it there. Meghan & Bobby assure him that they trust him completely.
Sonali visits Trisha in her room after the doctor leaves & sympathizes with her. She tells her that she can't bear to see her confused like this & that's why she'll reveal everything to her.
Downstairs, Dr Abhinav talks to Prateek & Amrita & advises them not to tell Trisha about her kidnapping as this will stress her out & she may not be able to recover from the shock.
Prateek & Amrita arrive in Trisha's room & watch as Sonali is telling her about her kidnapping & shooting. Dr Abhinav assesses Trisha. Trisha complains about her head hurting & she grows anxious. Dr Abhinav administers a sedative to help her sleep. Prateek screams at Sonali for hurting Trisha by telling her about the kidnapping. Sonali says that Trisha was so confused & stressing about what all she had forgotten. So, she couldn't bear to see her like that & to decided to ease her pain. Prateek keeps yelling at Sonali & tells her to stop her nonsense.
Dr Abhinav reports that when Trisha wakes up, only then they'll be able to determine how she's going to handle the new information she's just learnt.
Kabir visits Kushan at the Grewal house & asks to see his pistol. Lavanya goes to get it. Kabir notices Kushan is sweating profusely. He enquires if he's the kidnapper. Kushan replies that he was working out. Kabir teasingly asks if he exercises before drinking alcohol or after. Lavanya brings the gun & gives it to Kabir. He takes it away for investigation. Lavanya assures Kushan he'll remain safe.
At night, when Kushan is asleep, Lavanya goes to the store room to hide her gun (with which she had shot Trisha). She cries & regrets shooting Trisha as she considers her as her own child. She talks to herself & says that she couldn't let Kushan go to jail either. She recalls how she had followed Kushan to the secluded bungalow & found Trisha there & then helped her to escape. Trisha had also told her about the diary entries she wrote, accusing Kushan as the culprit. Lavanya took the diary pages. When Trisha excitedly told Lavanya how she'd be reunited with her family, she shot her.
