This man seems to be fishy with his own hidden agenda for his selfish reasons.. He is a shrewd, moneymaking man how could he space up for human emotions.. Well he don't have any idea about Arjun's hidden emotions and softlayered heart while he supposed to know his external layer alone.. We could see slight changes in Arjun after NIM..
