i don't understand if Ashok doesnt want to marry Shagun

Why doesn't he tell her on the face????

I can.

what did shagun do yesterday.She went to media and gave her story that

Ishita and Mihika destroyed her life.

She din't even thought once whether it is right or wrong and what might be consequences.She will go blindly.

So if Ashok would have told directly on her face she can do same trick.Already buisness in losses combined with negative publicity will destroy everything for him.

Then there is some act which favours living relations more than 5 years .

According to which if he want to break relation and dont marry her he has to give half his property to her.

So he is doing such a way that Shagun will break relation and she can't do anything against him as she broke it.

Because if he refuses to marry her then she can claim for her share in the property under live in relation clause as per cvs...i dont if indian law really have this clause that a live in partner can claim share of property of the their partner... And if she refuses by herself he need not have to give her alumni so he played those cheap games...
