I feel whatever Rungta told about Aakash is true. Aakash needs to take that lesson. Because trust is something that is hard to earn, but easy to lose.
Whatever maybe Rungta's personal interest in the mission he is putting a lot of money in that project. When someone is investing so much money he or she expects payback also. They want people whom they can completely trust to take up the mission. Not a person who flip-flops.
I mean Aakash is ready to overcome his fear for personal relations and money needed to maintain personal relations. But a mission like Everest is not about money. It is an experience in itself. Learning in itself.
You cannot undertake such an important mission just for money's sake. So when Aakash comes back to the mission I want him to be fully committed for the cause than the flip flop and I feel Rungta did the right thing in refusing to take him on board immediately. What do you think

Yeah naturally an employer would want his employee to be consistent

if aakash keeps on changing his decisions...what do u expect?

its very risky to depend on him...

Rungta was perfectly right in doing what he did.Whatever might be Akash's personal issues and problems they are not Rungta's concern.

He is doing business not charity and after Akash's past record how can he be assured that Akash will not jilt him at the nick moment and cause him substantial loss? He has to play this psychological game with Aakash to ensure future compliance.

Yeah I think Roongta's attitude is right with Akash, he wants Akash to be dedicated towards the project and not take it for granted.

I feel at times as though Roongta already knows what goes on in Akash's life. It even seems to me that the bank loan thing was planted by Roongta, He wears that smile which says I already know where you are coming from. He had it on when Akash approached him in yday's epi as well.
Idk maybe am completely wrong here, simply speculating, but the man is very shrewd and gets what he wants.

Roongta is right what he is doing but he is making sure dat Aakaash doesn't get another work in Mumbai so dat he is compelled to go to Roongta..Roongta is closing all his paths where Aakaash can make his way..dat's not right.

Yup roogta took right decision ..
At first akash was not ready then majboori me he said yes as he needed money for his home n so he sign the contract too ..
...
Then he said no coz he didn't needed money at that time ..
N immediately wen he needed money he came back ...
...
The trust factor is necessary ..
If akash gets money from somewhere else then in middle he will leave mission Everest ..
...
So as a professional business man he took decision practically not emotional...

..
It was important to teach akash a lesson ..
..
Agar cheez asani she miljaye toh value nahi hoti ..
But mushkil se mile toh value zarur hoti hai ...
...
Roogta decision was right

Practically roogta needs akash ...
But if roogta shows that to akash ...
Akash will not take it seriously ...
For teaching akash a lesson ..I think he did right ..

Rungta closing all tracks for Aakash may not be right, but Aakash taking up Mission Everest just for money is also not right. What if Aakash wins lottery tomorrow. He will leave his assignment and go. So both sides needs to be balanced.

I completely truly agree!!!
Roongtha did the right thing..! Aakash needs it.!!
Alas needs to be confident about what he is doing... He needs to noe that he can do it.! He needs to be confident about himself..!
Surely by this Roongtha has done a great deal/favour for him!!

It's a matter of trust between them .. Yes I agree he couldn't chose a constant decision in taking up this project, it's not alone trust behind this but he don't want to put anyone's life in danger because this guy already gone through a lot.. A selfless and sportive becomes weak at a certain point, were he was forced to do for a situation.. He was the one who came and accepted this project in fighting with his fear.. So I felt it's a ongoing process when he had no belief in himself in overcoming training sessions in NIM.. He himself couldn't realize that how much of metres he had overcame when he rescued Kabir.. It's not so easy for him to overcome it so soon when he was not assured of himself . Roongta needs Akash at any cost by chequing out in all routes.. Indirectly Roongta a great motivator to Akash but either this will create a fuss between Roongta and Akash when he had vertigo..? He is a shrewd business man so he is on his mission, yes I want AJ to make out his decisions not for sake but with determination..
