One of my favorite movie of all time and the only movie that ever outdid the book!

This will probably never happen, censor board would ban it 😆 but if it were possible who would you cast as Lisbeth?

I think Kangana and PC could pull it off but my favorite would be Kareena. It will be interesting to see her as Lisbeth 😆 She would've to lose a lot of weight first but she got the acting chops for role like this!

Swedish version was the best.

Kangana would be the best fit. She plays these complex characters well.

😆

Rooney's performance was so much better plus David Fincher stayed true to the book unlike the Swedish one. Rooney was robbed of an Oscar that year.

IA about Kangana she would nail it but it would be more fun to see someone like Kareena attempt this

I chose Priyanka. I think she fits that badass character to the T. And I agree I liked the American version WAY better. It also seemed like more money was spent on it. The Swedish one was alright. Rooney was the better actress.

Let's agree to disagree.😃 I've seen the trilogy and Noomi impressed me more. Big fan of Fincher as well but this didn't live up to my expectations as I had already seen Swedish version.

Kangana would be perfect as she appears damaged to being with!! And I think Naomi Rapace was the ultimate Lisbeth! I couldn't connect with Rooney as I had seen the swedish version first.

Rooney is so much better, I've seen the Swedish first and thought it was good then the American one came out and it blew that one out of the water. Rooney is who I imagined when I read the books, plus it didn't hurt she had David Fincher directing her.

Also when you were the reading the book didn't you feel the American version captured it more perfectly. Like it totally captured my imagination of it. I couldn't relate to the Swedish version after I saw the American one. Plus, I feel like Rooney is really good at conveying her emotions through her eyes. She emotes a lot between silences and glances.
