Sanjay doesn't come across as a good father. I mean I could totally be wrong. But he's hardly seen interacting with his children and it's mostly Karishma raising them or spending time with them. It really seems like she's a single mom and he's an absent father. But hey, I could be totally wrong and I hope I am. Besides I only see Sanjay with the kids when Karisma is there. But still. I'm glad they and Suzanne-HR can be cordial around each other and plan family activities even though they're divorced. It's good for the kids and what else can you ask for.

Karisma looks gorgeous. 😳

I think Karisma being a celebrity, and living in Mumbai, she gets photographed more even in her private comings and goings. So that's why we see her more with the kids. She also has custody of them and is their primary care taker as opposed to their father who is literally on another part of the country. I don't know about a Sanjay as a father. Failing in your marriage doesn't automatically make you a bad parent. But regardless being in two different cities I don't what kind of relationship he'll have with them once they are older.
