Shashank Vyas & his ever changing co actresses , his response: TOI

Normally, an actor is paired with one or two heroines in a TV show. But Shashank Vyas, who plays Jagya in Balika Vadhu, has been paired opposite as many as seven actresses in the show so far. Reason " the show's ever-changing tracks and replacement of heroines.

Aasiya Kazi is the latest actress he will romance on the show. The actress has replaced Sargun Mehta who played his wife Ganga. Geetanjali Mishra will complete the love triangle. The latest replacements take Shashank's tally of co-stars to nine. One might remember that Shashank was originally paired opposite Pratyusha Banerjee (Anandi) in the show. Pratyusha was later replaced by Toral Rasputara.

The show then introduced the character of Gauri, which was initially played by Anjum Farooki and later, by Deblina Chatterjee. Shashank was even paired with Roop Durgapal (Saanchi) who played his obsessive lover and Sriti Jha, who originally essayed the role of Ganga.

Ask him about the continuous change in co-stars and Shashank says, "It's not funny that due to different circumstances, the Gangas and Anandis get replaced in my life. I have had to develop a connect with nine heroines, which is not easy at all. Just when you have developed a comfort level with an actress, she either gets replaced or some other track comes up. I don't agree with actors who say that they don't talk to each other and yet develop a chemistry on the show. I can't do that."

i knew he is uncomfortable and is disliking this replacement saga that cvs have started and they are not putting an end on it Apart from Anjum Farooqi no one of replaced actresses left because of their own Only Anjum left because she wanted to spend time with her husband who had to travel a lot and no one had problem with her replacement rest Anandi Pratyusha and both Gangas Sriti and Sargun left because of Cvs pathetic behavior

I do not understand where BV is heading to with too many replacements. But hats off to Shashank Vyas's patience, dedication and commitment to a role. Any other actor may have got irritated and left no matter how popular it is.

TFS! Even once replacement happens it will be problematic. Yahan toh itni baar replacement hogaya for one or other characters. Naturally he can't be happy.

Hats off to Shashank He is truly an amazing actor With changing actresses in same character with him still his acting never get affected That tells a lot what a wonderful actor he is and his dedication to his character and his first show is also praise worthy

I can understand what he is saying and i totally agree with him Not only for viewers but for actors too it is difficult to connect with replaced actors in same characters It gets difficult for the actors to get the chemistry and comfort level. which is necessary to make viewers connect with their characters and what relationship they share with each other on screen

Balika Vadhu creatives less say is better about them They are only interested to make their show the longest running serial ever Lesser they care about anything else Guess in all replacements mentioned in this article only Anjum Farooqi left on her own but rest ???Leave the previous replacements the current replacement of Ganga was so unneeded Why they cannot balance tracks among all characters and stop being biased and one sided I cannot believe this is same creative team who previously managed such huge cast and never injustice happened with anyone and right now they have been sidelining the leads JaGan and giving us over dose of meaningless side stories ?and then when actors complain cvs refuse to accept they did anything unfair
