ashok left shagun and adi saying..he got some

important work...

then how did shagun entered hospital with adi...

as mihir didnt said her...

ishra didnt said her...

even ashok n sasumaa too didnt told her...

then how shagun reached the hospital...?

she was thoughtful why ashok s behavior is changed for her 😆 any day she is very much isshmaarter than Ishita. and her brain starts to work as soon as she gets suspicious. unlike some one who has been always stayed clueless
