I think after what Shiv said to Nikhila abt. staying away from him and all she is gonna change and realise her mistake and might be she will tell everybody the truth

This would happen only if the show is ending soon.. Nikhila will never change.. if she change then the show would end.. and knowing Ekta,it will go on and on.. even at the party Samar can't prove anything.. and all it will happen is that misunderstanding and Gauri will be left alone without her kids. Ippy will take a control of her kids and god knows what type of lessons she will teach them and there goes leap and kids are bigger and don't like their own mother.. just like Kyuni ki saans ki bahu thi.. how Trupti took over and the kids didn't like Ganga..
