tell me what this serial is all about???happened to see a scene few days back...kasturi n her husband dancing on dil ne yeh kaha hai dil se n the other guy i guess robbie was seeing it all or may be imaginig....anyway the couple caught my attention....kasturi n her husband luked gr88 together!! so just wanted to know the background....doesnt luk like he is her 1st chice from the adds

Lol, well this is a story about a rock star - Robbie Sabbarawal (if that's how you spell it), Kasturi and Raunak.

Kasturi is this 'middle class' girl who has family that believes in the olden day rituals of 'women should not work- they should stay at home and look after the babies/cook/clean etc etc' She had tradition but she goes against the family values and works to earn money for her fathers' illness.
At work she meets so many hurdles but wins over Robbies' mum. Robbie's mum employs her as Robbies 'personal secretary' - much to his dislike. He keeps threatening her and tries to ruin her reputation. But with the timely saviour Raunak- all Robbies' attempts fail. Kasturi in return becomes a Miss CID and 'ruins' Robbies' playboy lifestyle.
Anyways deere deere Robbie and Kasturi fall in love and agrees to marry her. Much to the displeasure of Robbies' mum. So along with her daughter and her good-for-nothing hubby they plot to breakup Robbie and Kasturi. In which they succeed in.
Robbie becomes sooooo upset with Kasturi coz he thinks that she betrayed him... hence called her a prostitute and called Raunak (his best friend) a cheat!
He calls off the wedding with Kasturi which leaves Kasturi's family in shame.
Kasturi's mum and dad couldn't take the embarrassment and hence try to commit suicide. (That fails and they continue to live)

So they try to marry Kasturi off to this really old bloke but Raunak (being the saviour again) steps in and says I'll marry her instead. So that's what's happened really...

I've left out some parts coz if this interests you I want you to watch it. It's really good... however now it's going along the lines of Kahinn Toh hoga.

The story is abt a simple girl named Kasturi Chawla for whom her family is everything. Kasturi's father JP aka Lalaji runs a saree shop who on finding out abt his heart disease, fixes Kasturi's wedding with a guy named Girish. Kasturi starts working for Sabharwal company to get money for her father's treatment. Girish's sister Pooja marriage gets fixed with Kasturi's cousin brother Ajay. Pooja has an affair with Robbie Sabharwal's sister Alaana's husband Nikhil.

Robbie Sabhawal a super rockstar is introduced with whose speepch Kasturi is quite impressed but she discovers his real face when she sees him romancing with a girl in the car. Robbie misbehaves with Kasturi on the occasion of Pooja at Sabharwal house & gets slapped by Kasturi.

Devika Sabharwal, Robbie mom puts forward a deal in front of Kasturi tht in next 1 month if she manages 2 make Robbie responsible she will take up all the responsibility of her father's treatment & Kasturi agrees. Robbie hates Kasturi & tries his level best to throw her out of job by scaring her in d basement, mixing tablets in her drink, sending dress at her place but his fails as Robbie best frd Raunak Singhania whose famil ystays with Robbie always rescues Kasturi everytime. Robbie does an accident & Kasturi takes the blame which shocks Robbie completely.

Slowly he starts missing Kasturi & remember momets he spend with her & finally he realizes that he has fallen in love with Kasturi. Girish purposely burns Lalaji's saree shop for insurance money & Robbiue finds out this truth & lands up at wedding & delcares his love for Kasturi & creates a big fuss. Raunak comes there with all proof against Girish & says whatever Robbie did was an act. The wedding is called off. Outside, Kasturi thanks Robbie for doing the act but he leaves a puzzled Kastrui saying whatever he did inside said inside was not a lie or a drama.

Raunak tells Kasturi that Robbie is deeply in love with her. Fifteen days pass, Robbie has a concert for which he goes in Mussrie. Girish has plan an attack on Robbie & he tells Kasturi about it. There is an attack on Robbie but Kasturi saves Robbie. Robbie questions her regarding as to why she cares about him & she admits she loves him. There are some cute romantic moments between the two while Pooja decides to find out whats going on between Robbie & Kasturi.

Devika comes to know about it & she decides to seperate them & waits for an apportuniy which she finally gets when she gets hands on abortion report which has Raunak-Kasturi's name written on it. Devika with help of Nikhil manages to brainwash Robbie against Raunak-Kasturi & makes him belief that Raunak-Kasturi betrayed him. Robbie insults Kasturi-Kaushalya at the party which hits the headlines of every newspaper next day. Bauji disowns JP-Kaushalya-Kasturi. Kasturi marriage is being fixed with a man twice JP age when Raunak comes there & proposes Kasturi for marriage & both get engaged the same day. Devika decides to get Raunak-Kasturi married the next day before Robbie chnages his mind. On Kasturi mehendi fuction being conducted at Sabharwal house Robbie comes back & inuslts Kasturi's family yet again.

Divya comes back & she tell Devika truth about the abortion reports being hers & Kasturi did everything to save her. Devika locks her up in a room & decides to get Raunak-Kasturi married before Divya opens her mouth in front of Robbie but Divya gets free & tells Robbie the truth. Kasturi is in her room in bridal dress ready to go down when the lights go off & she is shocked to see Robbie in front of her. Robbie tells Kasturi to come back in his life while Raunak leaves decision on Kasturi who choses to marry Raunak. Raunak & Kasturi get married while Robbie looks on.

Kasturi and Raunak get married and Robbie imagines them getting close. However Robbie makes up his mind to win back Kasturi.Some one warns Kasturi about Raunak and she assumes Might be Robbie did it all. Raunak and Kasturi share some sweet moments, however both consider each other to be their friend. Kasturi asks Robbie to move ahead in his life, but he wants Kasturi back in his life. When Raunak and Kasturi go to their honeymoon, Kasturi gets few gifts, when she comes to know the gifts have been sent by none other than Robbie she gets furious and goes to confront him!!

Hey no prblm

Though the current story line is a bit similar to KTH post marriage, we dunt know wht the future awaits, neither RoKa love story reminded u of KTH neither RaKa frndship, lets wait and watch the show is interesting for many!!
So better we dont compare the shows both have its own charm!!
