With the exception of maybe the late Jade Goody who left because of health reasons (cervical cancer), every contestant who leaves the Bigg Boss house or is evicted because of bad or indecent behaviour has to pay a fee of as much as Rs 50 lakh as penalty. This is mentioned in the contract.
Now that explains why contestants like Puneet Issar, Kushal Tandon, Gauahar Khan and Imam Siddique returned to Bigg Boss after their dramatic exit!
