nirupama sang I love you and I was reminded of the same song sung by nihira last year - one of the best performances on srgmp. so far.Despite Himesh saying that this song is sung by two singers - nihira did a great job whereas nirupama's voice showed strain while switching from high to low notes.
Nihira is a playback singer today- way to go nihira.

I do not know the real meaning of Sansrit word Nirupama. I think (guess) that Nirupama means Nira-Upamaa (Not comparable just like Nirudyogi -Nir-udyogi meaning lazy). Nirupama, I do not think lives up to her name. She is not only incomparable but not even in the same league as Machless Hira which is Nihira. Nihira is truely a Gem by behaivour and her golden heart soothing voice.
