Did she tell him to stay away from Gautam and Punz? Or did she say to not get influenced by Gautam?

It makes no sense to me waise! Gautam is not even the last person jisse Pritam influenced hai.

If anyone then he is influenced by only 2 people one is Punz uncle and second is Karishma.

she didn't say anything of the sort ...atleast nothing shown in the episode...probably anti0gauti ppl spreading bakwaas...but form the way pritham spoke abt tanna ...woh toh pehle se hi aisihai...don't expect anything else...seems his wife did put some brains back into his head regd. tanna

It was in the synopsis for today's episode on the official Color's website. So it's definitely true. BB probably edited that part of the conversation.

In today's episode however, Pritam ki wife clear hint balke TONT de kar gayi hai about him being extra expressive with others (girls) in the house 😆

He is not influenced by Karishma.

Did ppl hear what he said after ppl were going after her for choosing make-up. He said she is like that only, so you cannot expect anything else from her.
