How is this possible??

Neil and Ragini are parents to 5 kids. But when separated Neil left with 3 and Ragini 2. How come Ragini and Neil dont even bother to contact the other kids who are not with them. Even in divorces when a single parent gets the custody the other parent has visitization rights. But here they seem to be cut all relations with the children also which is very difficult for any parent. I am completely with Ranbir for hating his mother if at all Ragini never tried to contact them or tried to know about their where abouts. How can a mother or a father just forget about his other kids??I hope the CVs clear all these doubts in the upcoming episodes.
