Gahana Karmano Gati- Laws of karma are unfathomable. It is not obvious not measured. You can never say that i have done good so good may happen it can be bad outcomes also. Like in case of sonali she thot that if she saved praneet so he will save her also, its not according to geeta is justified. In geeta its clearly said that
Don't expect anything from anyone. Most of the karmas have immediate results but most of them have long term outcomes. Like if u put your hand in fire it will immediately burn out but if u grow mango seed it will give results after years.
Karmanye vaadhikarste maa faleshu kadachana- Don't expect result do your karma and serve it to me (Krishna). Like in today's epi. Renee ws thinking if i do this what will happen "Jana to wese bhi h" who knows what will happen next. Upen doesn't care abt anyone and fully concentrated on task same wid pritam while in 'Gehu chawal ' task.
Yogastha Kuru Karmani- This shloka tells about Doership we should always be remain away from doership. "Maine kiya" It increases pride when u do good karma and it also can give us grief and guiltiness if bad thing happens. If u ask some criminal how u done crime he will say "I was not me at that time its HO GAYA". There is some great power which controls our karmas. Without his wish we can not even move our body. So better keep away you doership.
Drishya and Drishta-It is said in geeta that do your karma but do not attach with it. Do as you have come on this earth for just playing a game. Remain as observer of evrything do not overindulge into this MOHMAYA. Do what is good for others. Do those things that you create an aura that everyone should get benefitted. You came here for a purpose. Know youself WHO ARE YOU? And WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE OF LIFE?
Gautam completely favors this philosophy of geeta. He does those Karmas which are good for DRISHYA. He plays like drishta.
Hope this helps out you to understand karma which is recent hottopic in our posts.
