Nothing much. She said that she is trying to save her life too and also her sister's. Which is why she is trying to run away but Raziya's goons are well trained and she always gets caught because she is inexperienced and naive. She is hoping that Seher who is a con girl will come to know about their relation and come rescue her.

If Sunehri came to rescue Sanam... that might explain why the double for Sanam is the dressed in bridal finery...

Dear.. Another video I posted on Location... HAS the girl dressed in bridal wear at the warehouse.

What if Seher is the one who put that girl in her/sanam's place until she brought Sanam?
