It can because proof was my mom kidneys shrinked because of stress and she used to go to dialysis and Ya stroke too happen when Bp shoots out ( she died sudden stoke 😭 ).
Stress can do anything kidney is sensitive so as heart both are sensitive organs in body so it's not a joke .

I agree on the annoying part completely.

I think it's because she is portrayed as so spineless and totally influenced by sarfaraz.

However because she already has a kidney problem I am guessing that any stress would cause her pain. That's what happened when they were thrown out as well in Lucknow.
