I think trisha will definitely go in coma or she will die. because right now she wrote all the incidents in diary. If she survive then kushaan will be caught so easily. To continue the story forward kushaan shot trisha.

Trisha will go into a coma but she wont die!

This is Indian show so she wont be killed, her mother prayed so much for her return so she has to return.

While shes in coma, Kabir will find her diary and I hope he will catch Kushan.

Kushan will try everything to avoid capture but he will be punished doubly by the hatred of his own kids.
