He started trusting arzoo and this time he didn't wanted any justification nor proof. He knows her far more than what he pretend to be.

She told a lie about the puking thingy but then she told the truth.
Now Sahir trusts Aarzoo. But I think Sarfaraz involvement will mess up everything that might leave Sahir shattered.
