Deepika Padukone makes it to the Oscars!

Deepika Padukone, who made her cinematic debut with the Kannada film Aishwarya, seems to have come a long way ever since. The actress, having started her career in namma Bengaluru, has now made a mark at the Oscars Library.

The actress's latest film Happy New Year is the latest entrant to the Oscars Library. The film, which is this year's biggest commercial success, has been directed by Farah Khan.

The Bollywood flick also stars Shah Rukh Khan, Bomman Irani, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood and Vivan Shah. The film opened to large audiences and made crores at the opening weekend itself.
