Why is Katrina Kaif upset?

Katrina Kaif attended her close friend Salman Khan's sister Arpita's royal wedding at Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad on Wednesday but decided to give a miss to her grand reception in Mumbai on Friday night. Apparently, the actress doesn't share the same equation now with Salman and yet decided to attend the wedding for Arpita. But the actress didn't know that her decision will make her regret later.

Reportedly, Salman didn't miss a chance to pull Katrina's leg during the post wedding function where the actor was calling his friends to join him on stage. He addressed her as Katrina Kapoor and also revealed that she missed a chance to be a Khan and chose to be a Kapoor. The actress was completely embarrassed by Salman's comment in front of all the guests. Left with no option, Katrina joined Salman and Aamir on stage for a dance.

A source informs that Salman's comments have disturbed the actress.

" Katrina decided to attend the wedding even though Ranbir Kapoor wasn't invited for the wedding because she is extremely close to Arpita. As expected Salman didn't miss an opportunity to embarrass her in front of the gathering. Being upset by his comments, the actress decided to stay away from the wedding reception," the source says.

When contacted, Katrina's spokesperson says, " Not true at all. Kat was out of town for a shoot on the day of the reception in Mumbai. Anyways, the reception was for those who couldn't make it to Hyderabad." This is not the first time Salman had passed comments on Katrina. Even before this when the actress attended his show Bigg Boss to promote one of her films, Salman made her uncomfortable and after that incident, she decided not to promote any of her films on Salman's show.
