Ok here it is strictly my opinion.
First time Vivaan meet a boy on a road crying in front of his father's body.
As soon as Vivaan went near them he sensed something and felt danger. The boy smirks on Vivaan's back why don't know.
I don't understand what was all that than that boy says that he know who Vivaan is and since Vivaan didn't help him (like even I don't know why Vivaan didn't help him) the boy will take revenge from him. The boy also collected the knowledge that the small girl and Avni is important to Vivaan and he tries to take revenge from him. In the end Vivaan helped him finally, then I want to seriously know why he didn't help him earlier? 🥱
Second Mary, from so many days Mary is doing this right? So why haven't Vivaan tried to talk to her earlier and vanish her instead only today.
Third this is serious issue which my elder is saying medical college is one of the strict college we have but here interns roam like they are doing picnic there.
Forth about Seher, it make sense that you wear modern dress out and Indian dress in the house but it is impossible that you are studying in medical college pursuing doctor as your profession and your dad knows nothing about it. That is not possible how they manage fees, if family is so conservative then how come his family do not ask her about fees, where she is going out etc.
They could have made thousand times better story that this with so many good actors but what are they doing?
