I have been a follower of big boss for many seasons. This season and the last one seem especially tiring. I wonder why Salman is appreciating Ali for pretending to be someone and calls him the most entertaining guy in the house. It would be better if contestants were given freedom to be themselves. This is totally forced behavior and seems weird to say the least. I prefer the silent contestants to the ones who are faking it for the cameras and I really wonder who find antics of Ali to be entertaining. Is this show only meant for the lowest common denominator?

I wish the only interference big boss or Salman would have would be through influence behavior through tasks. That would be much more genuine than the fake s### which happens now.

Also I do not find Salman to be funny at all. I know he is trying really hard. But as a person who watches World TV. I find his antics to be too loud and nonsensical.

Thoughts???

i agree with every word u said. going by the definition of entertainment this season, ppl like shweta tiwari and urvashi would have been bashed by sallu for not providing this so-called entertainment in their respective seasons. wasn't this show originally about keeping ppl aloof and isolated from the world and seeing their real personalities come out without any interference from the channel or host?? why are they now given an analysis of every week to the point where they are literally told by the host what to do and what not to so! and now it's considered ok to be fake and play games just to win the show?

you are right.. Swetha tiwari and all of the earlier contestants would have never won in this kind of entertainment crazy format. Big boss has lost it's charm. Before Big boss used to mean a show which is fair and is monitored. Now it has turned out to be a show which craves for trp's and does not give a damn about ethics and audience.

Puneet should have never been allowed back in. I have seen people sent out of big boss for the slightest of physical violence( LIke Samir oOni, and he was only defending Swetha) Now the show does not follow it's own rules.

Absolutely agreed.. this season they really are pushing people who are the most fake forward.. this kinda non sensical drama is considered entertainment this year.. it's like a complete level drop..

I really like the ones who are real n not faking it to go ahead..

Yeah... This year I like Praneet and Pritam. Although both have their own flaws as nobody is perfect. But I still prefer these two to the rest. IN therecent episodes strangely I am liking Karishma. Atleast she is honest about what she feels...

every point you made is excellent.

Last season even jallad was considerably funny,today even he was intolerable.I was wondering why salman was laughing so hard.

this season there is too much manipulation

sonali may be the pnly peron who is least affected by all that.

First few weeks every guest was crying out loud to contestants to come out and show their personalities and shine.next few weeks people are told that Gautam is the man and he is the hero of the nation.even those who were not his fans,became his fans only because sallu bhai said so.

after that Gautam is continually being put on pedestal week by week,to the extent of makig him a dictator and putting his posters

after that they come up with a we love gauti song/

I am clearly failing to understand this wave and the people who are singing this song,as salman said.

another confounding factor is Punz,he is conveniently spared of any grilling session and no guest on the show questions him.

when they make it a point to selectively praise certain people and rebuke certain people,how do they expect contestants to come out of the comfort zone?

they are bound to lose their confidence and the one who is already safe is becoming over confident by the day and rubbing int our faces.

any genuine person in the house has to live with the fear of crossing the line with BB team's favourites.Whatever individual effort they put in is barely appreciated.

I fail to understand the humour in Ali's antics or te created image of sonali that she doesn't care/is lethargic/self occupied/weird/anti-social

she may be the smartest person inside the house and sanest too.

Ali was clearly not letting karishma speak today and instead of stopping his verbal assault,it was apparently found to be funny because of the fake laughs in the background.

This show sadly is turning out to be too fake now and not funny at the least
