Gosh! Beintehaa just ended. I am so sad all. Can't think of ZaYa right now. All I can think is HarshIka. So I am going to pen down my first ever story on this magic couple (reel). Hope you all like it!

Preetika Rao's Appartment

1:00 a.m. at night

Preetika's POV

I just had the wrap up party. Harshad will soon be leaving for Cape Town. I think he's leaving today, isn't he? I mean its not like I am gonna miss him and all. He's my co-star and I have worked with him for 11 months! He's a good friend. We have done intimate scenes so yeah, maybe I will miss him.

I sat down on my pink bed. I love pink. And surprisingly only Harshad knows it! I sat down and took a huge spoon of my belgium dark double choco chip ice-cream. I have about 6 tubs of ice-creams in my fridge. Oh don't even ask why!

I switch on the T.V. and I switch through channels. Hey, something caught my eye. It was a news channel showing our old interviews. My personal favourite was the one that had our tight waala hug. It was so cute, wasn't it?

I surf through channels and stop at another serial. Its on Zindagi. Name is Humsafar. Hey, Beintehaa's also a lot like Humsafar isn't it? I put down the remote and start on my ice-cream.

1:50 a.m.

The show ended. I switch off the T.V. Now, what do I do? There's no shooting tomorrow. I've missed my last episode on Beintehaa as well. So? Do I call Shivangi over? Oh come on Preetika! Its 2 o' clock for heaven's sake. You can't call her so late. Do I call Harsh- Oh sorry. Yeah! He's probably on his way to Cape Town. I forgot. I mentally apologized myself.

I walked out of my appartment to the front yard. There's a small yet beautiful garden and I really enjoy myself there. But today I guess its freezing cold. I take a sweat - shirt along with me. I remember, this was the one Harshad gifted me. Ok not gifted but he once lended me and I had no mood to return it back.

"Enjoying the weather, are we?" I hear a voice from behind. OMG! Oh My God! Its.. Its Harshad!

"What are you doing here? Tumhe toh Cape Town jaana tha na?" I said walking closer to him. He laughed and started walking closer to me.

"Jaana toh tha Preetika, par kisi se milna tha. Bahaut zaroori kaam hai." Kisi se milna hai? Must be some friend.

"Kis se?" I asked. Bad move Preetika, I scold myself seeing him smirking at my question.

"Hai ek, friend! Bahaut azeez friend hai actually." He replied. Azeez? Well, must be Gunjan or Shivangi. Or someone else from the cast. Or.. Can it be me? Please?

"Oh.." I tried to sound calm "Toh naam hai uska?"

"Of course hai. Par pehle mujhe tumhe kuch dena hai!" He said. A spark rose in his eyes as he put his hand in his pocket. "Aankhe band kro!"

"Huh?" What? Kyun?

"Krogi ya nahi?"

"Oka!" I close my eyes. What has he gotten for me? A ring? Yeah right. Harshad Arora, will have gotten a ring for me? Keep dreaming.

"Open your eyes Preetika!" He says. I slowly open my eyes to see the most beautiful pendant in his hands. It was heart shaped. Oh my! This lad is so cute. He had 'HA + PR' written on it. So cute isn't it? "You like it?"

"Its beautiful. Kiske liye hai?" He gives me a 'are you serious' look.

"PR kiske naam ke intials hai?" Ohh! ME! Stupid.

"Oh I am so sorry. Its really beautiful Harshad." Wait what is he doing? Is he breaking it? "Oh don't break it please!" He laughs. Seems I am being too stupid today. He breaks it into half.

"Half of it will be with you and the other half with me. That way we'll always remember each other. Forever! And these 11 months, I am never gonna forget them Preetika. My first show and that too with you, thanks! Thanks for being such a great friend, co-star and-"

"And-" I raise an eyebrow.

"I.. I should go Preetika. Will you.. umm.. wait for me?"

"That's not a question to be asked." I replied. He smiled and woah, hugged me! I hugged him back. Though I have hugged him like a 100 times in the show, this one feels special. I am hugging him as Harshad, not as Zain!

"I'll be back Preetika. I'll be back!"

Hi! Thank you all so so much. I thought its a flop TS. Coz I hardly got any comments. Then suddenly I saw 19 replies (which included my replies to comments as well of course). Thank you so much all!

8 Months Later

Cafe Coffee Day

11:00 p.m.

Preetika's POV

Its been 8 months! 8 long months. It's dreadful. I have completed the series of my Beintehaa. Seems our chemistry came out pretty streaming hot. And the last episode had tears in my eyes. No doubt what my fans had to suffer through.

"Ma'am the Man over there has ordered this to you. Have a nice day Ma'am!" A waiter came over and gave me a hot streaming cup of cappiciono. Hey, that's exactly the one Harshad liked. I starting having it because he loved it.

"Who is the gentleman?" I asked. The waiter pointed towards a seat in the corner. The man sitting there had his face covered. I couldn't see his face properly. "What's his name?"

"I don't know, Ma'am. My apologies!"

"Oh no. You may go, thank you so much!" I said as I took the mug of coffee. I walked over to the seat to see my life sitting there. Oh how shocked and stunned I was! I wanted to throw my coffee and hug him as tightly as I could.

"Hi Ms. Rao. Or should I say.. Mrs. Arora?" Harshad said. He grinned as he pulled me into the tightest hug and breathed through my hair. I was too shocked to react. But soon recovered and hugged him back. "I missed you so much Preetika. I missed you so so much. More than anything!"

"I missed you too Harshad. I missed you so much!" I said. An unwanted smile covered my face. The music was on and soon our favourite song played. The one I could never forget.

Preetika's POV

"You still live here? I mean, why not go back home?" He asked.

"Home? This is my home Harshad. I have been living here for the past 1 and a half years. Every part of it reminds me of-"

"Of?" He said raising a brow. Uh-Huh! Bad move again Pree!

"Harshad I'm feeling hungry. I'm going to the kitchen to grab a sandwhich. Do you want something? Coffee. Tea. Poison? Anything." I said smirking.

"Oh so my Preetika is back!" MY Preetika? Oh ho! Caught again Harshad.

"Your Preetika, huh?" I replied smirking.

"You were going to the kitchen na? Go. And can I get some coffee please?"

"Yeah, sure. Why not? Just a second."

Kitchen

"Harshad???" I screamed on the top of my voice.

"Kya hua? Mei fire extinguisher lau? Kya hua btao na?"

"Nothing stupid. Coffee ka jar top shelf pe rkha hai. Utar do!" Harshad thought for a moment. Then he picked me up and I picked the jar down. He put me down. Wait, why is he still standing closer to me? And why the hell is the coffee jar kept on the top shelf? I drank coffee yesterday, I keep it on the first shelf. Oh.. No! You didn't Harshad. "Coffee ka jar tumne upar rkha tha na?"

"Nahi toh!" Harshad said gripping the slap of the kitchen. His closeness set up goosebumps on me. Ok, not much. Because I have been closer to him many times. But this time, we have a little privacy. Not 30 people staring at us in 'awe'.

"Tumse jhooth nahi bola jaata toh bolte kyun ho?" I said smirking. I finally am confident myself.

"Aaliya ji, mei jhuth nahi bol rha."

"Jain Abdullah, tum jhooth bol rhe ho!" I loved to call him 'Jain'. I gave him this nickname quite early ago and still love to call him that. And love to hear 'Aaliya Ji' back.

3 Years Later

Preetika's Appartment

Harshad's POV

I have been living here ever since I came back from KKK. Its been a mindblowing experience there. But, I missed Preetika like hell. I watched the stills I had downloaded on my phone. I saw her online on Whatsapp a couple of times but didn't have the courage to actually talk with her. A couple of times I had this amazing Caller ID named 'Aaliya Ji'. I never picked up the phone even when I wanted to. I didn't have the courage to talk to her. Never!

I sat down at the counter waiting for her to come back. She had got the main role in a daily soap, again! I never miss a single episode of it. The thought of someone else touching her, even in reel life, gives me goosebumps. I feel insecure and uncomfortable at times!

"Hi Harshad. Why are you up so late jaanu?" Preetika came and hung the keys on the keystand. She came to me and kissed my cheek. I smiled. "Are you ok?"

"Yes, I am. Why wouldn't I?" I replied. I am damn sure that I am NOT ok!

"Well obvious reasons that the coffee you are supposed to be drinking is overflowing from the mug. Do you want to tell me something Harshad?" She asked raising a brow.

"No! Of course not Preetika. There's obviously nothing I have lied about with you. I mean yeah I have something on mind. So that's why I maybe I... I'll clean up. You- You'd like to eat something dear?" I asked trying to get over with this topic.

"Yes, the truth." She said making a 'tell me the truth now' face.

"Preetika I-" She cut me off.

"You what?"

"I-"

"You?"

"Preetika I-"

"You?"

"Stop cutting me off Preetika. You are not letting me complete!"

"Oh. Ok. Sorry, continue. You?"

Preetika's POV

Something is on and is seriously weird. He is not behaving the same. Wait is he going to do the thing men do when they seriously realize they are unconditionly in love with the woman and want to marr- Shut up!

"Oh. Ok. Sorry, continue. You?" I asked smirking. He got down on his knees. He is going to.. He is going to... OH MY GOD! I can't believe it.

"Preetika Rao, I have been living with you for the past 3 and almost a half years. Known you from 4 years. I know every single detail of your likes and dislikes. You love pink but never tell anyone so that they don't think you are too girlish. You still have the sweat shirt I lend you one night at the sets and you never returned it back to me. You watch our show again and again because you love the chemistry we created- I mean.. CREATE. I, Harshad, today want to propose you for marrige. Will you marry me?" OMG! Shut up! Just shut up!

"Am I allowed to say no?" I smiled. He grinned as he stood up real fast which kinda gasped me and hugged me tightly. I hugged me back. He was all over me. And it had soon left me dumbfounded.

The Next Day

12:30 p.m.

Sets of Preetika's New Show

Preetika's POV

I feel left out here. I don't any longer wish to work here. I don't want to make friends. F.Y.I. I still meet up with Suchitra Ma'am and Shivangi. I meet Gunjan and Namratha as well. Naved Sir are my best buddy. And my Jain Abdullah? Well, I live with him!

I am leaving the show, I decided. But then after that? Am I going to just sit and home and look into Harshad's eyes all the day? Well that sounds like a good plan but I can't literally do it. I inform the producer and director. They are having a new actress on hold. I give a YES and I am out! Just a few more days till they end my face and have the story to introduce a new one.

5 days later

Preetika's POV

I sit and my appartment. It feels so great here. I just had an amazing day. Finally the end shoot of my daily soap. It was so boring. I hardly got any response! No forum at India Forums! How am I supposed to look for my name in it? I am not getting any stories to the characters as well. Zain and Aaliya fans are an applause worthy.

I am sitting on the couch as I watch DDLJ. I love that film! Harshad says he always wanted to go see it at Maratha Mandir. I say that I have never been there too but it seems like a nice place to go once in a while. Planning to do that next week.

Life like this seems so good, doesn't it? I have a lifemate with me. Going to be with me all my life. Harshad's soon coming to talk to my parents and my sister. Then we are gonna get married!

I was sitting peacefully when I heard someone rush into the appartment. Harshad has got some great news I tell you. And I can't be wrong at it!

"PREETIKA! PREETIKA! PREETIKA!" He literally hovers over me and hugs me tightly. I laugh. "You are not gonna believe this!"

"What?"

"I got a call from Farhan Sir. And.. Guess what?"

"What?"

"BEINTEHAA SEASON 2." Oh shut up Harshu!

"What?" I ask shocked.

"Yes Preetika. Beintehaa will be back. The magic will be back. The cast and crew. The masti the unwanted coffee and chit chats at nights. It'll all be back Preetika. Zain and Aaliya will be back!" I literally have tears in my eyes. I hug me tightly and cry against his white t-shirt. "Hey, I thought you'd be happy to know this! You are crying! I shouldn't have told you about this."

"Zain and Aaliya are going to be back?"

"Yes!" He said.

2 years later Harshad and Preetika were married. The news spread wide accross and the HarshIka shippers had gone crazy. Beintehaa Season 2 went more hit than Season 1. With Zayed and Kashish. It was wonderful!

AND THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER!

LOL! I am crying too. It would be so nice if we seriously had Season 2, wouldn't it? I can't wait until we get the news. I am loving to write for HarshIka. Its the first time I have written something like this and are gonna write like this more often.
